Coastway Church is a growing, biblically faithful, multi-generational church that is local to CCU and the Grand Strand.

Coastway Church is a young church with no property of our own, but we are blessed to be hosted by Ridgefield Baptist Church on Hwy 90, where we meet every Sunday!

Children & Families

At Coastway, we take a holistic approach to family ministry that is centered on partnering with parents. Our goal is to equip families to grow together in Christ.

We have a family-integrated weekly worship service where we provide resources to help kids learn to engage in worship along side their parents.
During the service, we offer the option of Coastway Kids Preschool, a safe, loving environment for ages 6 mos – 4 years old.
We also have a mother/baby room for mothers who need to step out of the service with their littles ones.

Coastway believes that the Bible is true, God is our good and holy Creator, Jesus is Savior and Lord, and that the Church was always meant to be His compassionate answer to the brokenness we all experience in the world. There’s certainly much more to it than that, but there’s definitely not less. A full list of the beliefs we affirm can be found in the link below.

Environment

Coastway offers a warm, multi-generational, & relational environment. But we aim for a serious encounter with God every time we gather. Come as you are, and expect God to move!

Teaching

We teach Jesus as the answer and God’s Word as the truth.

The motive of our teaching is to explain God’s Word in ways that are faithful, practical and transformational.
The method of our teaching is expositional, verse by verse through various passages and often entire books of the bible.
The central message of our teaching is the good news of Jesus’ sinless life, substitutionary death, and victorious resurrection as humanity’s sole hope for salvation.
